M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies

Christmas in my favorite time of the year, hands down! The feeling in the air, the trees, the lights and the baking are just a few of the many things that speak to my heart and soul. So as per Christmas tradition, I’m kicking off my season with cookies! And I can’t think of a better recipe to bake and create than these Gluten Free M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Yogurt Cheddar Biscuits

If you’re like me, the hardest part of gluten free eating is breakfast. And sometimes, you want something fresh, homemade and delicious, not out of the freezer section of the grocery store (which is where most of the gluten free breads can be found.) But as you know most gluten free breads or similar items usually take a few hours to make and require quite a few ingredients that makes it difficult to make on a whim.

Easy Peasy GF Chocolate Cupcakes

When it comes to dessert, my favorite go-to item is always a cupcake. Quick and easy, a cupcake can be made in any flavor and decorated for any occasion. And out of all the flavors out there, a simple chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing is at the top of my list.

Nothing Like Nutella!!

When life gives you Nutella, you add a little cocoa, toss in a couple of eggs, sprinkle a little sugar and flour then bake. And what do you get?!?!? These awesome, delicious and super fun Gluten Free Nutella Brownies!!!

One Bowl Banana Carrot Loaf Cake

What do you get when you combine my two favorite loaf cakes?!?!? You get this super delicious and moist Banana Carrot Cake!! If there are two things I love in the world of desserts it’s a good carrot cake filled with nuts and cinnamon and the other is a slice of banana bread with lots of cinnamon and a ton of bananas to keep it moist. So to me it was only fitting to combine the two flavors and create this super awesome, best of both worlds cake!!

Orange & Cranberry Oat Biscotti

Spring is definitely here!!!  Not only can we see it in fresh citrus fruits and the blossoming flowers, we can feel it in the slight tickle of our noses with all the pollen in the air. But, with the dawn of spring, brings new ingredients for recipes and fun new projects to try. Like this Orange and Cranberry Oat Biscotti. Although this recipe has been long in the making, I felt now was the best time to share it!

Tasty & Spicy Kale Chips

Move over popcorn, there’s a new snack in the bowl!!! I know it sounds weird, but I’m not a fan of popcorn. I’m probably one of the few people that don’t like it, but there’s just something about it that I don’t have the taste for. So while everyone is sitting down with their bowl full of their popcorn, I’m grabbing for something else. Like this bowl of Spicy Kale Chips!!
