For as long as I can remember, Black Forest Cake was always around for Birthday’s and special occasions. It was the one thing you knew would be on the menu and up to this day, that tradition hasn’t changed. We still desire the flavors of Black Forest Cake and the specialness surrounding it.

Can you believe Mother’s Day is right around the corner? To me it was just Easter a couple of weeks ago and we were dreaming of Carrot Cake.
But as the saying goes, time waits on no one, so it’s down to the wire and were thinking up desserts for our Mother’s Day Menu. And I think we’ve got the perfect one with this Gluten Free Red Velvet Cake!
Coffee and Chocolate…one of the greatest flavor combos of all time. I love coffee and I loveee chocolate, so the only thing that I think to make it even better is to add a little Tequila in the mix.
