Can you believe it…2017 is almost over and 2018 is on the horizon. And what a year it has been!!!
8 months ago I never would’ve dreamt I would end up here, writing a New Years greeting to all you GF foodie friends out there and sharing a recipe to end what I must say has been one great year!
If there’s one thing I love, it’s a good sponge cake. The way the cake just springs back when you take a bite and melt’s in your mouth…to me that is magic.
Can you believe it! There is only 6 days left until Christmas and I feel like there is so much left to do with so little time left. But I think I’ve got most of my gifts sorted out and for those last minute gifts I’ve got these easy GF Vegan Sorrel Thumbprint Cookies ready to go!
When I tell people how much I love Brussel Sprouts, I often get this look from them, almost as if they’re saying “are you crazy!” But my answer is yes!! I’m crazy for Brussel Sprouts! They are in my top 10 favourite vegetables and they are not leaving there anytime soon.
I know I’ve said this before, but breakfast is one of the hardest things to find when you’re on a gluten free and healthy diet. Everywhere you turn there’s toast, or bagels, or some gluten full something that you can’t eat. And of course there is pancakes, one of my favorite breakfast dishes.
