And sometimes, you want something fresh, homemade and delicious, not out of the freezer section of the grocery store (which is where most of the gluten free breads can be found.) Quinoa Salad

2019…How did you get here so fast? I asked myself this question so many times in the first day of the new year, that I was certain I would answer myself. But the truth is, time has passed so fast, that I couldn’t believe the new year was upon us already.
