Happy Easter! Well at least it will be in about a week, and we’re celebrating by sharing 10 Gluten Free Recipes to Celebrate Easter & Spring.
I love the Easter season, it closes off our Lenten season, and it is a time when we break out the yummy sweet treats and savoury dishes to celebrate the long weekend. Easter also coincides with the beginning of spring, so it is also a great time to break out our citrus recipes and create some yummy desserts.
I love to bake so it’s no surprise that our Gluten Free Easter Recipes consists mostly of baking recipes. But we’ve also added in a few savoury and a cocktail. It includes recipes such as our Prosecco Mimosas, NEW Lemon Baked Donuts & one of my favourites Coconut Carrot Cake.
Plus to record all of our recipes, we created a NEW fun and festive recipe journal with a chic lemon design (cause who doesn’t love lemons at Easter & Spring) to record all our new recipes.
