Happy Easter! Well at least it will be in about a week, and we’re celebrating by sharing 10 Gluten Free Recipes to Celebrate Easter & Spring.
I love the Easter season, it closes off our Lenten season, and it is a time when we break out the yummy sweet treats and savoury dishes to celebrate the long weekend. Easter also coincides with the beginning of spring, so it is also a great time to break out our citrus recipes and create some yummy desserts.
I love to bake so it’s no surprise that our Gluten Free Easter Recipes consists mostly of baking recipes. But we’ve also added in a few savoury and a cocktail. It includes recipes such as our Prosecco Mimosas, NEW Lemon Baked Donuts & one of my favourites Coconut Carrot Cake.
And although we aren’t Easter Bruch people in our house some of the recipes on the list are perfect for brunch, like our Coconut Oil Puff Shells paired with Cheese Paste. YUMMY!
