Easy No Cook Pizza Sauce

OffTheWheatenPathTT

It’s Friday night!! And I can’t think of anything that goes better with a Friday evening after a long work week than Pizza and a tall glass of wine!

Delivery is not an option, but pizza Friday’s are a breeze once I have a bag of Gluten Free Pizza Crust from Bob’s Red Mill and a jar of my no cook pizza sauce in the fridge.

Quick and simple my Pizza Sauce requires no cooking and takes about 5 minutes to make. Plus it lasts up to a week in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer. It’s so good, I even use it in my pasta dishes when I run out of Pasta Sauce. And the best part is that I usually have all the ingredients on hand.

All you need is:

  • 1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 3 Tbsps Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp onion powder
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp black pepepr
  • 2 Tbsps Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Add everything to a bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Use on your favorite pizza crust and store leftovers in a jar up to 1 week.
