Gluten Free Oreo Cheesecake Brownies
If you’re a brownie and Oreo fan, these Gluten Free Cheesecake Brownies are for you. Moist decent and filled with that classic Oreo cookie in every bite. Plus they are easy to make, making them an easy treat.

I’m not a big sweets person, but when I had to go on a gluten free diet there were a few of my favourite sweet treats that I knew I would miss and Oreos was among those on the list. Even with all the other chocolate sandwich cookie options out there, there truly is nothing like an Oreo cookie.
At one time I even created a Homemade Gluten Free Oreo Cookie recipe that tasted great, but still didn’t reach the Oreo standard.
So when they finally released Gluten Free Oreos, I was over the moon! It did take a little longer to reach us in the Caribbean, that my aunt actually shipped some down for me before we got them! Now they are easily available on the shelves in the grocery, so that means I can turn them into recipes that I’ve long wanted to try, but couldn’t.

First up on the list are these Gluten Free Oreo Cheesecake Brownies. I first saw this recipe on Tasty and I’ve wanted to try it ever since.
This recipe has a few tweaks of course to their version. I used one of my favorite brownie bases, topped it with a simple cheese cake batter and of course, chopped up Gluten Free Oreos.
What do you need for these Gluten Free Cheese Cake Brownies?
These brownies, as mentioned before consists of layers of brownie, Oreos and cheesecake.
For the first layer we used a simple brownie base. Next we carefully layered Oreos. I used double stuff because I really wanted a decadent brownie. Following the Oreo layer is an easy cheesecake batter and to finish some chopped up Oreos.

A few tips on making these Gluten Free Oreo Cheesecake Brownies
- As the recipe says, these are cheesecake brownies so they have dairy. But, if you have a dairy allergy you can still try to recreate this recipe.
- Instead of gluten free Oreos, you can try our Homemade Oreos using the dairy free option and top with a dairy free cheesecake topping like this one from….I will admit I have not tried it myself but if you do, please let us know how it turns out.
- I like double stuff in these brownies, but the regular Oreos work great too.
Once you’ve gathered your ingredients, it’s time to get baking! Decadence in every layer, these brownies are super good and worth every bite!
Happy baking foodies,
Love always,
